Influencing images of Lifts

Below are some images in which i have studied and wish to eventually adapt elements of their design into my own work.
The greatest notion out of these that i want to adapt into my own is the idea of transparency in travel - and the idea that power can be shown in many ways, and in this case through the action of looking down upon a structure and being of higher status or level.
